Bradley Method of Natural Childbirth instructor Alexandra Puppelo demonstrates pelvic rocking, the pregnant lady squat, the butterfly, tailor sitting, kegels, and side relaxation position. This coordinates with class 1.

Hello, I believe you are doing the pelvic rocking backwards (at least according to Bradley). Bradley emphasizes not arching your back (sticking belly further out) but rather tilting pelvis in (tucking bum in) and then returning to neutral. I’m so glad you’re spreading the wisdom of the Bradley method though! Thanks for this video.
