The man being interviewed is Professor John Henry, a British doctor who specialised in toxicology. He often appeared in the media in drug-related stories. He was wasn't embarrassed by this interview, in fact he often joked about it. He's passed away now.

A few times the guy got angry at ali but eventually couldnt keep a straight face. Absolutely hilarious even though i have seen it many times it never fails to make me laugh.
