You know that's funny my very first tournament was a 1,000 dollar by in and the very first hand I hit quad 8's and got two callers too triple up and I ended up winning the game and from there on been hooked RIP Doyle very sad day in the poker world such a great guy and legendary poker player you will be missed

That last picture should be on your wall at home. I was fortunate enough to be in Vegas and meet Mr. Brunson on a couple of occasions in the early 2000's. Since I don't play poker for money, I talked with him about his first book about his life. He was a very down to earth man and even talked about his wife and poker kids. I expect many salutes to him on KZfaq this week. Glad to saw fit to show a memory.
