That entryway is just gorgeous! The space in this place is fantastic! I feel like I rarely see Italian properties that are large enough for my family - and this one certainly is! Definitely needs another bathroom or two and a new kitchen, but I Love it!! You found another great one!

As a furniture maker I would defiantly want most of the furniture, wonderful stuff. the building is amazing and I like the views of the village . as you note nothing wrong with those floors. you just keep finding creditably cool places for great prices.

I agree it is a beautiful place. A few concerns 1 Has the roof problem been fixed 2 Is there a heating system in place ? If so what type an condition of boiler etc. 3 A/C ? 4 Electrical panel condition 5 How are the common areas dealt with among the owner's and is the roof considered a common area ?

I worry less about the heat than AC. I would do split systems if possible. A good inspection would answer the questions. The bathrooms are recent remodels so I imagine the electrical is pretty up to date. Common areas are split on a sq meter basis when repairs are needed. Roof is paid for by all. Doubt it would need a new roof, but possible a repair. Although to me the water spotting looked minor. (I mean I have seen some crazy water damage). Might be something as simple as a clogged roof drain or downspout etc. Always get an inspection.

Beautiful home!! The floors are gorgeous. So, it looks like it has 3 true bedrooms and 1 pass through room that is being used as a bedroom. That seems normal in Europe, having rooms that are like huge hallways because you have to walk through it to get to another room but it gets used as a bedroom. Doesn’t seem very private and I definitely couldn’t use it as a bedroom but there may be people who don’t mind people walking through their bedroom while they’re sleeping, changing clothes, etc on their way to another room.

I’d make it another community room or something. I couldn’t sleep knowing people could walk through my room at any time!! I like to think more about size of a place than I do bedroom and bathroom count. I mean bathroom counts, important, but I see so many places trying to turn every little closet or study into what they say is another bedroom that it borders on ridiculous. Not in this case, but I see it!

Stunning property! Did you get up into the roof space? If so, could you tell if the water penetration has been fixed, and if the damage is limited to surface finishes? I am stunned by the size of the rooms. That long bedroom alone would contain the 2 bed apartment I live in. And then there's that fabulous view.

Such a deal! 😂😅😂 Some of those rooms looked to be at least 25 feet in length. It could use warming up with different wall colors and even dark wainscoting. At least no one painted any of the doors and casings.

So this was sold? Not hard to guess. A former palace, not so big, but with a lot of remodulations. All beautiful wallpaper gone, the marmor fireplaces gone now only ordinary red tiles, original ceilings gone.... The furniture was a plus though. And those beautiful floors. If I ever found a palace I want to buy, there will be only two bedrooms and two bathrooms. If there are more, they will be gone! No big kitchen. No bnb, no renting out, only for me. No neighbours behind any walls, completely detached with a beautiful garden. Could be very hard to find...

Beautiful property as it is. I don’t think it would benefit from more bathrooms. The style and grandeur of each room speak for themselves. When in Rome…. Really enjoy your channel and all the properties. PS why would having more bathrooms be useful? This property has 2 already, surely there is little likelihood of both being used at the same time and other people also wanting to use them both at the same time?
