There was one krishnappaiah hotel in Thirthahalli in 1950 to 1980 which was serving full unlimited meals... Giving wooden plank to sit and baleyele oota with good spoons of ghee..... This hotel ambience is similar to that of yester years ..

😮 I just love to eat food served on the plantain leaf. Yes, it gives certain taste to the food. The leaves should be cleaned with water before instead of at the table. Looks messy. This practice must be changed. Every thing is fabulous. But the practice of food servers going bare chested is not at all appealing. You do not want to look at the sweaty chest when they come down to serve the food, it would be nice if the uniform is consisted of Jubba or short sleeve shirts would be more appealing. Nice they wear hair net. This dress code applies to the cooks too.Although it may be hot in the kitchen, with proper ventilation and use of fans should make it comfortable to work in the kitchen( like In many western restaurant).
