My hair sucks and for the last 20 or so years I've just been cutting it short because I hate it. The last couple of years I haven't been getting it cut, so it's a bit longer, and I figured "oh heck, let's try and do something with it". I tried one of your "viking" style tutorials and oh, presto -- I messed it up miserably but it STILL LOOKS REALLY GOOD. Bless you. I now love my hair.

I tried this on myself today, unfortunately it looks nothing like the model. I've never done a viking style, it's actually really hard to keep things straight. I also think I missed a step in the middle somewhere where she went fast. It's ok for today, I did learn it takes a long time!
