Today we're pitting two polar opposites against each other, the cheapest vs most expensive shoe! Team Aaron Kyro represents Walmart Shoes that had to stay under $15 dollars and Team ‪@Uziwalker‬ represents Team Nike Dunks that had to stay under a $150 budget! The winner of the Game of Skate gets to keep both shoes, which shoe do you think will win?!

$15 vs $150 tournament. Everyone starts with a Walmart board and Ricky style shorts, white tee and a pair of white socks. Winner gets to upgrade 1 part of their board or ensemble. Losers have only $15 to spend. Last one standing gets their choice of any of the parts purchased or a cash prize, let's say $300.00. Gabe has to compete, or drop in on vert. Don't be scared homies.

I think the cheaper shoes helped Aaron out. Because they were tighter and fit his feet better. And he could feel the board a little more. Maybe I don't know, just my opinion.

Yeah man I remember I had two pairs of shoes one pair was a sweide and it fit snug and the other we're like the 150 ones and I remember after skating the sweide I had to skate the leather and I felt like I was skating switch for a bit

'Battle of the Brands' series. Pit brands against each other; for example LAKAI vs ETNIES, VANS vs DC, BRAILLE VS CARIUMA etc etc. I think it would be a interesting series, like a tournament bracket style games of "S-K-A-T-E". BRAILLE members will pull a brand from a hat and thats the brand they wear and represent for the tournament.

Suede is actually a cut out area grain of leather same as nubuk Suede is a split from off of the grain side and would be fuzzy on both the top and bottom - So roughout leather is from the underside of the skin, whereas suede is made by splitting the skin down the middle.

I actually seen a sweet pair of airwalks at Walmart to skate for $25! They were called the Huntington and are awesome! Actually have suede uppers.

Please skate the Nike Free Run 5.0 Next Nature's. That's my favorite shoe. I get multiple pairs at the clearance outlet for pretty cheap. It's the lightest thinnest shoe I am aware of. I have always wanted to skate in them, but I don't think they would last even a few tricks. They hold up in the washing machine though.

Check out Rose Anvil for all your leather shoe knowledge needs. Top grain vs suede. Top grain is tightly interlocked and smooth, low grip. Suede side is rough and loose interlocked fibers that are more resistant to scratching/slicing and also grip better.

The sad thing is it probably isnt that big of a price difference to manufacture those shoes. My guess is like 4-6 dollars on the nikes and like 3 dollars on the other one's. I could be completely wrong though. I kinda like the look of the cheap shoes better but im not a white shoe kind of guy.

I always buy walmart shoes as I use them to cut grass. They don't hold up as well as other brands. Usually walmarts shoes have low grade grips and soles.
