So surprising! Always so surprised!

Hello I was wondering if you have any more evidence of the long term effects on the brain into adult life. I was born 13weeks early in 1995 had loads of test up to my teen years and was diagnosed with cptsd in my early 20s . I asked my doctor and mental health team but it is always dismissed and belittled (pun intended) . I may be very wrong obviously I have my own personal trauma but have always dealt with depression, anxiety ,temperature disregulation in my sleep and nightmare for as far back as I can remember. I had alot of physical tests as a child to teen but no mental health studies along side those doctor/hospital visits. I hope this can help other adults that where born prem thank you.
