my wife have brain tumor . she is 34 year old . 5 year before we already use radiothropy . now past 6 month she suffer chemothropy by temozolamide . can i send you his last month MRI report ? can you give me helpfull sagestion.

Dear Sir, My younger brother Rohit Sharma treated Brain Tumor then Radiotherapy along with Temozolomide. Now he is taking temozolomide 400 mg. My brother is suffering from Diffuse Astrocytoma, IDH mutant WHO grade - II. P53 negative, Ki67 - 3%,IDH Mutant positive, ATRX loss of expression. Kindly suggest for temozolomide. After taking 400mg of temozolomide for 5 days his the Level of SGOT and SGPT incressed, swallowing in tretated area, also feeling tired and Dull. Kindly suggest

I have the unmethylated glioblastoma. I was told and read chemo wouldn’t work on unmethylated. I took it for a year and my tumors are still gone at 19 months. Why are mine not coming back?

What is the molecule on Guanine? is it a methyl group?

Alkyl group. TMZ is an alkylator

You don't take it continuously without a break. I'm on a 6 month break between treatments.

Maybe just maybe one day they will have a cure for all the awful diseases of cancer😢. It's a silent killer that kills so many ppl. Just when you fight n beat another form of cancer. Another comes to rob n steal you of blessing n life.

Perhaps the train is full of Drs you describe. When do YOU think we can fully trust what they are on about? I respectfully hope you are not a sufferer or related to a Brain Cancer person as myself, (a partner of one who lost the fight.)
