Ingredients:
- 2 fish fillets soak in (1 tspn salts, 5 slices of ginger, and 5 cloves of garlics)
- 1 tspn of turmeric powder
- 1 tspn black pepper powder
- 1 tbspn taucu (with whole beans type)
- 1 tspn sugar
- 1 or 2 red onion
- 1 - 2 tbspn minced garlic
Optional: 2 chilli padi (Bird Eye Chilli, slice open will do to release mild heat)
