Hi Keeret, just a suggestion, why not u try using sarabloh kera in ur hand, that gives iron to the body. My Masi has low iron and after using it, her levels are ok now. Furthermore that is the actual kera meant to be used by Sikh, the benefit of it to the body

Hoping she didn’t get any serious injuries Please take care g her voice says she did hurt but our moms will not admit that at all 🤣 my mom has some knee issues so I always tell her please take proper rest but she doesn’t listen and do what she want to do and always says I have knee pain don’t know when it’ll go away 🤣🤣🤣
