Serious question: why do they use hockey fighting techniques in LaCrosse? Like, why not just square up and throw down instead of all that jersey pulling? Its not like you're going to slip and fall...

yeah, not skates just square off like boxing, throw punches etc no need for jersey pulling "for balance". A lot different between the two. I thought it was floor ball at first but LaCrosse made a descent reason to watch this lol

It's about control. Trying to limit their opponents ability to throw punches. You don't just stand there and trade shots. Most people do not like being punched in the face. LoL

I remember playing against Mimico in midget league. Always found them to play dirty. Not as dirty as Six Nations though.
