Best bodybuilder ever! Everybody complains about his form. But as he said he is number 2 in the world so his form is clearly working. I suggest everyone to trie and train this way, its a helluva lot more effective then super slow, strict, textbook shit.

Alot of his movements are not full range when he is lifting the heavy stuff but it didn't show the sets before that when he will have been using full range of movement and when you have just gotten to the point where it will be the end of the session even those half rep movements will be doing there job if they didn't he would not be competing in top level body building.
