It sucks, because he trains so hard, but just doesn't have the physique/genes of a Mr. Olympia. This should be a lesson to all those out there who think steroids is going to get you a trophy, it's not.

Yea in another workout vid he says his rear delts develop real easily, so he just does a couple sets for warm ups

Herbert Heim no doubt he's strong for even holding that amount of weight, but the form is very poor ..225 the right way would be better then a weight he can't control properly...like I said watch levrone do the exercises..

Shit hurts my body just watching it. Very strong guys but jesus fuck every set they do looks like there a rep away from Tearing the fuck out of something, the way they toss those weight around... But it clearly works for them. So to each is own I guess after years of training like that you're body gets used to throwing insanely heavy shit around.. Just seem's scary and risky to me. My body would break doing that shit lol

let me see...bounce, hump, heave, arch and keep butt out a foot from the bench. if I had to use form like that to get up the weight, I wouldn't do it...wait, I don't use form like that (or form less, let's just do what it takes to get it up), and i'm proud to say it. rather use lighter weight in good form so I'll have shoulder joints later in life.

+JONES534 Dude is on a whole other level of training, not sure who you are to criticize... Maybe you are one of the few people in the world who could do better, but I'm not counting on it. Anyhow, he'll likely be banged up in his later years so let him worry about it.

I agree with you that he'll probably be banged up in his later years, as he's already banged up. Look at all the wraps he needs on his joints, and ask him why one thigh is bigger than the other, and one bicep bigger than the other too. Just an opinion of mine, as that's what the comments are for. Just think if he took care of himself, and used better form, and weights he can actually handle in good form. Would he better? Bigger? Healthier? Just gets to me the win at any cost attitude, and don't understand it. Why throw your health and life away? I know everyone's different and has different goals...but why destroy your health with an unhealthy lifestyle and drugs.
