A lot of good things thou The fact that it doesn’t have a dressing stand with a mirror or permanent vanity in the master bedroom yet out of nowhere there’s a weird sink in there, it’s a failed element in design. And that whooping cost of $650000 is total reap off for a house like that moreover in Kiira!! that’s 2.4billion Uganda shillings with a lot of some change. Ugandas’ department of housing, land & urban development needs a rude awakening, I’ve a feeling it doesn’t understand shiit about cost of building & selling prices of these kind of properties based on locations. There needs to be regulations that will enable fair market value.
