This double wide has a living room and den and some other features I can't mention here! The manufacturer for this home is Franklin Structures. The model for this home is the "Andrew." This home is a 32x80 has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,280 square foot living. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

I would put a refrigerator in the laundry room and make it a "mini kitchen" so the rug rats don't run in and out of the main kitchen all night.. thanks for sharing your great personality ❣️ and and another beautiful home!!

Love the under-counter lights in the kitchen and square sinks! But really love the way the living room and kitchen has some separation. I thought I liked total open concept, but a lot looks like the kitchen is IN the living room. This is still open concept, but has a little separation which is really nice! 👍🏻👍🏻♥️

Yes, I do love the laundry room!!! I love when I can do all my laundry chores in one room!!! Sort, wash, dry, hang dry, fold, iron everything without taking it out to another room! And yes, the sink is a necessity. Love the master, and I love 4 bedrooms.

I can say I do like the massive Island in some kitchens but this island at the size it is, is perfect for this particular kitchen size and perfect for me and my husband. It's just us.

Push the BATH2 over to the right against the utility room wall, take the remaining half of BED4 and the space that was the bath, adding it to BED3 ... makes more or less a double master.

But that eliminates a br, right? (If I understand correctly?) And what about a bath for the last bedroom, then? Where would it be?Because if you have 2 MBR then what bath do guests & BR 2 use?

Hello Chance, I really like this layout, it’s just what I wanted, a house that doesn’t highlight the kitchen and has a den. The formal living room is such a treat and the kitchen open to the den is exactly how it should be set up. I love the kitchen window over the sink, just perfect.hmmm no pantry though, but I guess that’s ok. Love the wood burning fireplace in the den. Oh, excellent utility room with a sink and an island makes up for the lack of a pantry.loads of cabinets.real wooden shelves in the closets which are ample in size. The guest bath has a window which is always a plus. 4 bedrooms, it doesn’t look like it has this much space from the outside. Let’s see that master, wow nice and big, the master bath is just right nice big tub , perfect size closet and a beautiful shower. I think this house makes it to my top 3 favorite houses, perfect use of space nothing over the top and all the right rooms. Give your little boy and wife a big hug have a great say off. All that at an excellent price, on my budget of 300k 149k leaves plenty left over to buy land and build a garage, porch and patio and fence it all in, maybe even do some landscaping. Very impressed with this Franklin Home.

I grew up in a Trailer Park, and let me tell you seeing these videos ... wow! Mobile Homes have come a LONG WAY from what they were when I was a little girl (growing up in the 80's). To have a home like this, I'd never even think to call it a Trailer House, or even a Mobile Home! They look so amazing, so spacious and absolutely beautiful! THANK YOU for these tours of these amazing homes!

The first Franklin home you showed is one of my favourite 3! Seems this company uses beautiful fixtures and fittings, the tiles and floors and cabinets all look far more classy and expensive looking than other manufacturers, and definitely the layouts are way more homely and attractive. Others look very boxy and same layout over and over again, very repetitive! So I'm loving seeing this different manufacturer's designs, because there's always lil surprises tucked around a corner or out of immediate sight, they keep them open and airy but still define each space properly with enough division to sit separately from others or to mingle. I think this home would be better with a closed off entryway, lose the wc door in the master bathroom, and add another toilet into the laundry room. I just think day visitors needing the toilet and there only being one bathroom between them and the people in 3 bedrooms is not ideal. Let those bedrooms keep their own bathroom and add a toilet (or what you would call a half bath) somewhere else. I think the extra cabinets area in the laundry room would make an ideal corner half bathroom and incorporate the sink within it. You may lose a cabinet or two but what do you really need so many for in the laundry room anyway? I want to see more Franklin homes! 😁

As many KZfaq threads out there can testify if I've dropped in! 😁😁😂 These homes are miles above others in how classy they look! I love that they put the rooms at angles and create interest.... Others just look like a long corridor and are so predictable! I've not heard of sunshine homes, (I'm English) so I'm only just picking up on these American companies, although I may have actually seen some but didn't know who made them! Ok I'll shut up now! See how easily the words spill out of me! (I still have my school reports from almost 40 years ago... "Tami is a chatterbox"!!!) 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Now this is a house, lol! A very well thought out design. I love the separations of the living areas from each other, as well as from the private areas. That 'you till it tee' room is one of a kind! The only drawback for me is that the master closet is in the bathroom, not the bedroom. Al in all, this checks all my other boxes. Very nice, Chance!

I love this one ..you know for it to have a smaller island I feel like there is so much more space in this kitchen!! Beams, stone fireplace, the utility room, wood shiplap.. love!! I think that this is my favorite of all that you have toured so far. The one thing that I would change is to remove the tub from the master bath and put in a makeup vanity and storage.

My eyes went straight to those beautiful deep drawers perfect for pots and pans right next to the range! And that laundry room was great. Love the sink and those floor to ceiling cabinets would make a pretty good pantry with pullout shelves installed. It's not right in the kitchen but still a pretty good option to make your own pantry. Master closet was really nice too.

I had to come back for a second look. This is my favorite of all the homes you have shown. I adore the lights under the kitchen cabinets. I don't mind the missing pantry because the utility room makes up for that! It is absolutely gorgeous! I also love the den!!!

My husband and I like watching your videos. His only wish is that you talk about the types of windows are in the homes. Like if they are double pane or whether or not they open in or out. Oh my! ! ! ! Great home with an even greater price point. I like to guess the price before you show it. I guessed $259,000 ! ! Boy was I way off base on this one. The one thing I miss is a pantry. Other than that.... it is PERFECT! But with such a large laundry room you could use the cabinets there for a pantry. Great home! Thanks for posting Chance!

I am in my hotel room, on a “vacation”, in the Adirondacks in my home state of NY because I can’t leave the state without self quarantining or facing fines 😫 if I do. Not a mountain girl👎, but wouldn’t miss this latest tour 👍🏻. This was a nice one. That utility room was OMG! Awesome 🤩. Wasn’t sure about the house at first because it was broken up and not so much open concept, but it grew on me. I guess I will live through you Chance, as you get to travel around to all these different states and locations showing us these kool homes. Thanks for the tour!!!😊

This layout is so similar to many stick built houses. It’s a gorgeous kitchen, a nice laundry room for many cleaning lovers and the layout is wonderful.

I love this home to pieces! A few changes I would love to see though. No beams in the family room. (So outdated and tacky.) Move entry to the master closet to the bedroom freeing up wall space to include a dressing table (make-mirror area) between the sinks. Lengthen out the shower in the master. There is room! 😁

I love love love this house! I love the layout! That utility room is amazing! The sink! The island so I can fold my clothes on it and all that extra storage ! I really loved that kitchen also. This is a beautiful house! Thanks for traveling to where ever you are to share this house with us! 😊

Chance!! You are not kidding! This one was above all else. As stated below in another comment the person that designed this is not getting paid enough or not getting enough recognition. First I know that I am not always loving the “walk right into the living room” front door BUT with the den that is probably where everyone would hang out. This home was by far now my favorite!! What a gorgeous home Chance, thanks so much for showing us! I LOVE it!

Yessss. If it had a pantry and a half bath it would be over. 😂😂😂... As big as the laundry room is you could probably get a toilet put in there. 😁.. That space when you first walk in you could put a little pantry in there. I wonder if you could add onto the end of the home and move the master back adding in a pantry and 1/2 bath?

You can't say it's got everything but the kitchen sink 'cause there's two of 'em. And the utility room has lots of extra cabinets and a closet for stocking items.

There are some things I love about this house like the shower door, the square sinks (more modern), the kitchen, and the utility room. However, there are some things I don’t like such as the dining room right in the walkway, two living spaces (I don’t need nor want a LR and a den), and no spot for a freezer. This one is also too big for my needs at this stage of life.

A nice layout, though not sure what that deadspace in the utility room would be for other than maybe a stand up freezer. I like the separation of the secondary bedrooms from the main living space. The standard kitchen layout is the winner, open shelving just for a better looking range hood just isn't worth the lost of hidden storage. I've said it before and I'll say it again, that sliding door wall is begging to be a bifold patio door wall; In the right setting of course. Definitely don't want that in a trailer park, a nice wide unobstructed view of the neighbors trailer isn't quite what I'd have in mind.

Loved just about every. Wasn't all that impressed with the laundry room, I'd definitely eliminate some of cabinets so as there is room for a deep freeze and it's a same there is no wall space in dinning room for a china cabinet. Other than that it's gorgeous. This is why I love mobile homes to begin with, you get the floor plan and are able to customize it to your taste and style 😁.

I am Blown AWAY that a home THIS beautiful with a living room AND den, that beautiful kitchen AND that masterbath fit for a King & Queen is Less than $200K. I honestly expected this to be one of the homes that's like $229K or something like that. But knowing its under $200K just helps reassure me that when I'm ready to buy, I will actually be able to look at homes like this!!! I just wanna say also Chance, I hope you know how much you're helping me and I'm sure a lot of other people dream of being homeowners and helping us to keep the motivation needed to continue working hard and pushing towards that ultimate goal of custom ordering our very own home just like this one day soon!!! So THANK YOU for sharing all of these amazing videos!!

Simply because it costs more. But, if you have the extra cash for it, most manufacturers will make that modification if you request it.

Chance's personality is awesome! I love the homes he shows. This one has got to be my favorite one of all so far. I love how the rooms are separated!!! And no wire racks LOL. Love the laundry room, absolutely fell in love with it! And that shower! Is to die for!!!

This home is nice but.. nice kitchen and master suite.. but 3 other bedrooms and one bath? needs at least a half bath also.. use space of the LR for more Den space and maybe one of three bedrooms a little larger. Like the master and guest rooms seperate.
