At 1:13 what was the point of the dude shuffling his opponents deck, and is it allowed without his permission?

Shuffling the other player's deck is endorsed in the rule book. You'll see it more from players at competitive events.

The deck is presented to be randomised by your opponent and should in fact be randomised everytime card text requires it. A shuffle like that is what you are supposed to do not just cut. But as players that takes to long so in friendlies it’s unlikely to be done

so fking annoyed with people smacking and flipping through cards in their hands? do yall have this preconception that flipping through cards in your hand and slapping them on the table is perceived as "cool?" do that to your cards...never mine...seriously...this game wasn't like that 10 years ago....now its a bunch nervous wrecks...its so disturbing seeing people do this across from you.
