No harpist thus far has been more capable of combining all of the modern harp traditions-from Salzedo to Dorothy Ashby to Alice Coltrane-with such strength, grace, and commitment than Brandee Younger. She taps into the spiritual well that fueled the art of both Ashby and Coltrane, yet remains ever cognizant of the times in which she lives and plays.

At around 21 minutes where she starts muting the gliss with her other fingers on the same hand it started sounding like a synthesizer. Amazing.
