A lot of optimism in this chat for our record. This is a building/developing year. I think we could surprise people and maybe get 8-9 wins, but we have a young g team and still haven’t fixed our biggest problem which is o line, specifically RT. So unless Evan Neal is benched or starts to play significantly better, it’s gonna be hard to be much better as an offense. Defense will be middle of the pack probably overall. Strong d line and linebackers but developing secondary. Average defense and a below average offense usually equals around 6-7 wins. My goals for the season is to see our young WR corps and CB corps develop. Want to see Malik get used a lot. If o line can hold up would love to see a better throwing downfield attack. Too much speed to not utilize it.

Man, Joe S has been pretty good when it comes to draft picks in the first three rounds, can’t think of much else to be overly happy about. He hasn’t been good enough in free agency, IMO. Each year signing one or two good new player contracts, but seemingly going backwards everywhere else. We have been bleeding talent, replacing most of what we bleed, but always leaving a drop behind. Adds up.

The Giants land, Justin Simmons, to pair with nubin with the money they reconstruct Andrew Thomas contract, and they either sign Xavier Howard, who I think it has more upside than Stefan Gilmore or Patrick Peterson because he maybe both maybe put Patrick Peterson at safety because he’s getting old at this point. We just need talent and skill and traits, and Connor Williams is a good sign in my opinion, but if I were that Giants, I would throw a fifth fifth round pick at the Saints and try to get James hurst has played guard tackle on both sides and is actually would probably be if not the best offensive lineman the second best behind Andrew Thomas, and I think Schmidt is gonna be pretty solid this year at Center

But if your so into numbers go take a look at the OL and WR rankings. Or how offensives he's been in or how many coaches he's had. With a decent OL and WRs for the first time in his career he will be fine if healthy. But you probably don't watch the games anyway. Watch sports center highlights on KZfaq 🤣
