Wrexham is the 3rd oldest football team and used to be in the premier league. Over years and years and years they have been relegated over and over to where there are now, and then had an owner who was a property developer that basically just wanted to run the team into the ground and eventually knock down the stadium, which is the oldest in the world, to build over it. The fans all combined their money to buy and save the team, and have been running it in recent years. That's why it was a big deal when Rob and Ryan bought the team and pumped all that money into it for players and fixing the facilities and all that, and now getting promoted. Welcome to Wrexham on Hulu was really good and talks about all of these and followed the team throughout the last season. Can't wait for the next season of the show to come out!

Rico wasn’t forced back, he lied and said he had an offer from Audacy, and they let him walk. He thought they would beg him to stay, but when they didn’t and he didn’t have an offer, he came crawling bag crying for his job back. Brandon knows he has it made there too, he would need a 6 figure offer from a big media company to consider leaving, which he will never get. He was never going to quit lol.
