It still keeps a dislike registry based on users with the app. So you should always assume a ratio is far worse, since many people either don't use the extension, or they're on mobile where it's not available.

You have to prove there was harm to their brand, or their brand as individual people. Considering it's 50:50 of back firing and people believing, along with no dip in viewership they don't really have a case worth pursuing.
