I love Staley and love his aggressiveness. Last season wasnt perfect, but it was his first year and I understand that completely. That said, as supportive as I sound, you should see how many people jump on me and call me names if I question his Defensive Genius in any way. This is the weirdest fandom Ive ever been a part of...sports or otherwise. Say what you will about Game of Thrones fans, but they didnt make you like every episode of the show to be a fan in good standing. It's strange that this would be a fandom with ONE WAY to be a fan, since it's the fandom that's never won a Big One. They dont even know the way to winning, but they insist that you support their way regardless. I dont care about analytics or coaching bloodlines. I like an aggressive coach who leads with his heart, trusts in his men, and leaves it all on the field. Staley IS that guy.

I was pretty down on Coach for a few days cause he outcoached himself and cost the bolts a playoff spot. last season is gone and I still believe in Coach Staley to grown from his mistakes because he wants to win. our offense was everything but stagnant pretty much every game. however, not gonna get far if scat backs can run for 175 on us at will. its a proven fact that defense wins championships.

I know this coach is really smart and understands the game really well. He did talk about the defense a little and I hope that he makes the right moves to get the right players for the defense. He talked about focusing on the entire unit and getting them better but the defense needs help. The offense is incredible but if this team wants a legitimate shot at the super bowl then the defense needs to step up. For a lot of years the Chargers have never been able to put teams away, there only ahead by 3 points and this type of playing has to stop, they need to be able to shut offenses down and allow Herbert and the offense demolish teams or get ahead by more then 10 points.

Lets hope we get some production in his gameplan

We need to adjust and we definitely better make moves because competition will get better with other playoff caliber teams also with good cap space like Cincinnati , Indianapolis ,Denver Miami, Las Vegas, Cleveland will improve so hopefully have a good game plan for 2022 We have the super star players Herbert, James , Bosa , Allen , Ekeler, Slater, Samuel jr. now we need to finalize the pieces to the puzzle to achieve the main goal and become a winning franchise 🏆

Am I the only one that gets irritated when Talesco doesn’t acknowledge the Justin Herbert window of opportunity contract situation when it does make a huge difference. Talesco and Staley don’t seem to have any sense of urgency and smiling and acting as if us fan’s r blind to what we seen on the field last season smh! One way to go about it is draft a WR. They’re already spending $40 million on Keenan and mike Williams. It will give them more flexibility in free agency to build a defense and give Herbert another weapon to throw to. Get JC Jackson and Von Miller on the phone!
