Brantley Gilbert's 'Bad Boy' Reveals Something Very Personal About His Wife

Knowing Brantley from those wild days when he hung out with my brother and cousins he was that bad boy. But now it's so good to see him cleaned up as a family man and doing what he loves. Keep up the good work BG! You have made your hometown of Jefferson Georgia proud and those that watched you even prouder. Love Ya!

Brantley Gilbert’s songs and videos have helped me through this past year. I lost my husband one year ago 12 18 20 heart attack due to Adverse Reaction To Drugs.. We were together 35 years. We have two great kids 28 and 18. Looking back I wouldn’t change a single moment or single day good or bad and believe me they were bad. But we stuck together and now here I am. Waiting for my forever. Thank you Brantley for putting the words and songs that have helped me through this time in my life. Been clean going on 4 months now.. Maybe it’s Time!!!!. God bless.

Lost the love of my life I met when I was 15. Due to drugs and bad decisions he jumped off a 70 ft. cliff at a gorge and passed away at the age of 22. I'm 39 now and not a day goes by I don't think about him. Forever in my❤ God bless you David!

I lost my step dad but he was the one that raised me so he was kinda like my real dad in a way. He died due to drugs but he listened to Brantley Gilbert so he’s part of the reason I’m such a big fan of him

Brantley did the right thing as always. He cleaned up his act and married his soulmate. They’re a beautiful couple. Brantley we love your bad boy self because we know you are really a great guy! I love this song and it wasn’t till the last part that I broke down. I had my own bad boy that I loved. Lost him to liver failure in 2005 but I can’t wait to see my bad boy.

Brantley awesome keep it up! God Bless you and your family. You have stepped up for yourself and your wife and kids. I have listened to your songs a long time. You help everyone the vets the farmers. I love all your songs but the christian ones and being blessed by God. You are walking and living with Gods grace and mercy. I love just as i am and 3 ft of water You make them so real. 💯 I cannot tell you how many people that I have lost due to drugs and/or drug activity, alcohol, etc. I just know that the past few years of my life I’ve been some of the roughest but I’m grateful to be here and if I’ve ever said I love you to anyone I have sincerely meant it even if it changed to a different type of love.

It's a great story. Glad your all cleaned up now. Sadly though, I lost my Grandpa several years ago due to his hard liquor days. But he cleaned up his act after I was born, but the liquor had already done a lot of damage to his kidneys. Anyway, it will be a great album. Thank you for sharing.

Thank God I can say I'm blessed to also be married to the one that got away.. Been married 25 years and everyday better than the one before.. Things do have a way to come together. 🍻Here's to the bad boys and girls that get it right!

@Dime a Dozen Games technically, either of those could be correct. Depends on if the poster was speaking literally, as in "genes" or DNA, or metaphorically in which case "jeans" would be a stand in for "genes." And is actually quite a clever use of language, imo.

@@1besieged that's easy to say, much harder to do. They have to want help. And most don't want to quit the crap, even when they hit rock bottom. And now with the fentanyl killing our kids like flies, they still won't stop.

@@thomasblankinship98 Well, seems closing down the 'border' to illegal aliens would stop the 'drug cartels' from coming in and setting up shop in all small & large USA cities, they already have overthrown their mexican government, well, the kids need to be taught by their 'parents' to NOT do drugs, they can die or become addicts, schools need to promote the same teaching, and adults who take it, they know what they are doing, they can seek help OR their family members should petition them to psychiatric ward , family is responsible to help their 'own' kin , I believe.
