Dude during the week of I&E the brass performers for the event woke us up and I almost had a heart attack in my sleep.

Of course it's not going to be clean. This was done first thing in the morning, sans-warmup, and no drum major.

We were on tour somewhere in New Jersey and a gang of local kids wondered into the gym and started screaming. The low brass section chased the punks down the street and we all returned to our sleep. The kids were never seen again. That's how things were handled in the early 80's.
