Getting the brat style seat upholstery done & fitting the tail light into the upholstery, The light will need more adjusting to get it sitting perfectly, but overall I'm happy with how it's coming along.

Sean thanks mate and yes it is super handy stuff to heat & mould. I made a phone cradle out of it not long ago, so I wouldn’t keep accidentally pulling my phone off the shelf when the charger cable snags on something. you may see it in the background of some of my videos, it’s just a cradle to hold the phone while I plug it into my garage stereo. Simple but effective. :)

Aaahh a man with the right tools and skills makes it look so easy! Sometimes it's nice to just stand there and observe. And that hypnotic mechanism in the sewing machine! If you like things like that, have a look at the front brake mechanism on a Vincent mc! :-) Happy new year Dan! :-)

That is nice looking and the light brilliant! Love to watch other thinkers solve problems. The complexity of industrial sewing machines is mind boggling as they rely on mechanical timing and cams. I work on high end Xerox color presses and appreciate how machines work.

Great work as always! I'm continually impressed with your ability to work with virtually any material, and fabricate whatever you need. The tail light bracket could have been 3D-printed quite easily though 😂 you should concider getting one! There are tough printer materials out there.

You are 100% right, I could have 3d printed it however the time taken on the computer learning a program is time i don't get in the garage and I love to use tools and make stuff , having said that a 3D printer is something I will look into, I know a few guys with them that im sure will give me advice if I ask nicely lol Im always grateful for your kind words

contact adhesive and the canvas is fibreglass matting (chop strand), I have a video under the CB750 build playlist of me making this seat

How did you end up fixing the seat to the bike? Thought i saw a bolt, but no idea how the bolt is fixed to the seat itself

CHARLES BRONSON It doesn’t always go to plan as well as this idea :) to be honest the two bikes I’m currently working on are my first 2 complete builds. I have had loads of experience in automotive and fabrication over the years and it’s all starting to become useful for my own builds 👍😊
