Nice comeback win for the Braves, I must admit that there were things about this game that had me stewing........first off Bryce Elder pitch 5 strong innings tonight before running into 6th inning trouble, Stik should should long since known that 5 innings is Elders limit when he runs out of gas and since he sent him out there for the 6th inning he should have pulled him at the first sign of trouble but didn't, a very bone headed thing not to do, also the Braves need to learn how to play A B C small ball because the long ball is not going to always be there, it's either Home Run or no runs, feast or famine, I won't complain too much since they did win but they need to sharpen up on these things, GO BRAVES!!!!!!!!!

I said that all of last year. Feast or famine. I said they’d lose again in the 1st round to the philturds. And they did. And the philturds running away with the division is no surprise this year.The way they play baseball,they will not win another WS in this regime. Plus AA won’t pay no one. Just pays them cheap contracts,well below there worth. Fried will be gone after 24. Three years in a row. Dansby,Freddie,and then Max.If he doesn’t give Max what he wants,id fire his ass. I know it worked out in this game where Eddie got a hit but I’m not sure I like him getting the start over Eli White who has been playing well. Maybe they plan on platooning White and Rosario but I just think it kinda sucks he worked his butt off to get called up and has played well so far in his limited time but gets benched for a guy who been struggling for over a year now.

This game is often called the greatest game ever pitched. Barely into my teens then, I watched every minute of the game. My friends and I lived and breathed baseball, 24/7/365. I was a fanatic. Such a game is no longer possible. The placed runner is all about money. It disrespects over a century of MLB history. It's about even more money for the millionaires and billionaires. If the game goes too long for you, shut it off. "LOL." Edit: Spahn was 42 when he pitched that game, and won 23 games that year. No more "free baseball." "LOL." You can't miss what you don't know you're missing.

This was on too late for me to watch, but I really love that the Braves got another comeback win against Arizona. I remember a game last year where Arizona announcers kept saying the Arizona "Comebacks" over and over only for the Braves to come back and eventually get the win. (Seems like it might have happened a couple of times last year.) It was just so satisfying that ATL messed up their script. Kind of like they obviously wanted to make this a story of their rookie pitcher getting a win.

I had the stream on in the background while playing a game. The stream died with one out in the 9th. Figured the game was over anyway so kept playing my game. Imagine my surprise when like an hour later I finish the game and check scores to find the game was STILL GOING ON! Tuned back in just in time to see Riley slide into home..
