I have done the zorbe thing a number of times. I have learned one important thing. Always do it with water in the zorbe. Without water if you get rolling fast enough. You will start to stick to one of the sides. When you do you can start bouncing. Im 180lbs when you start bouncing if you hit the ground in the right way you can hit your back on the ground. I didn't get badly hurt or anything but it was enough to really take the fun out of it.

I did this Zorbing thing in England about 20 years ago,it`s the most fantastic experience,just like he says its like being inside a giant washing machine,so much fun I wanted to do it again and again but I think it was about £15 each time so could only do it twice...Seeing this has made me want another go!!!
