I made this power wheels after the original tires wore holes in them after 2 weeks of use. Swapped out the tires with Home Depot wheel barrow wheels and then added a mobility scooter transaxle and brakes from a pride scooter. 10.2 mph with one child or 7.6 mph with a 200 pound adult. Should be rated for 300 pounds, but I need to change the switches because they are not rated for so much amperage.
