About Below Deck:
Capt. Kerry trades the Nordic Sea for crystal blue waters and stunning waterfalls as he leads his crew in the rich, historical island of Grenada. A disciplined and fair leader, Capt. Kerry has 30 years of experience working on boats and has spent almost two decades in yachting. As he steps on to St. David for the first time, Capt. Kerry relies on returning crew members Chief Stew Fraser Olender and Ben Willoughby to help the new staff find their way around the massive 197 ft. vessel.
In his second season as Chief Stew, Fraser vows to be a firmer leader by delegating more and not worrying himself with befriending his stews. However, his new leadership style may not be enough to wrangle the strong personalities in his department. On deck, Ben’s firsthand experience with the ship causes a rift with his Bosun, Jared.
Meanwhile, Chef Anthony, a Miami restaurateur from France, hopes to breathe new life into the galley. But when a messy kitchen catches Capt. Kerry’s eye during the first charter, the galley reaches a boiling point. Between budding boatmances, explosive nights out and department drama, it’s not all smooth sailing in Grenada.

One of the most humble and talented chefs ever on Below deck. What a treasure Chef Anthony is. Love Captain Kerry's approach. He encourages staff, is there when they need but doesn't micro manage.

Cat has Frasier wrapped around her finger. Frasier is unbelievable and ruining the entire show with his prejudice against Barbie. None of us are perfect whether we are rich or poor and Frasier's discrimination over "rich" is beyond outrageous against her. The Captain should fire Frasier or at least nip that in the bud instead walking around with his head in the clouds and instead take charge of Frasier because Frasier has lost it and is babying one and nasty to the other which means he cannot manage at all. You don't put Cat out front to the serve the guest who are not cared for properly. Captain was too easy about that situation with Frasier. Frasier threw Cat into a job that humiliated her cause she did not know how to do it so don't blame someone else for your mistakes so see how imperfect a person can be? Everyone can change those rough spots. Frasier needs to learn to treat everyone the same in the job and not play favorites at the expense of mistreating others and talking against them and hating on them every chance he gets.

Well said your are spot on another thing that got me when he told Cat she was the most valuable steward on the interior crew this was in the last episode during the night out after her crying bs as usual because she didn’t feel like she fit in with the crew Fraser is losing his mind over this lazy chic I don’t get why he is babying her at this point they both can go his bias behavior towards Barbie is ruining the show and his reputation

The blond stew doesn’t even know how to pour wine and cried 3 times that you know of but Barbie has a bad work ethic. Come on Fraser. She is clearly a good worker and going to the captain about her is childish

Agree the blonde is useless I don’t know why Fraser is so protective towards her Barbie is good at her job and is probably aware of Fraser’s protection towards Kat causing Barbie’s attitude problems

I must have missed Fraser saying Barbie had “bad word ethic”. In fact I seem to recall him telling the captain she had good work ethic when captain asked him. Bad attitude, good work ethic.

@@Wendy-lq8uw It’s not causing her attitude, that entitled, spoilt Barbie. Kat has issues that Fraser sympathises with but shouldn’t pander to her. And Kerry is the one that employed them so he shouldn’t be blaming Fraser for the situation.

Frasier has been a bit of a diva & very sensitive. He is also Playing favourites with Kat who is a terrible worker And can't do anything right. Her service is despicable. He is also been very short-tempered with Barbie who. Does a really good job working

Jared you're not setting a very good example being pissed poor drunk on national TV. Crying in your beer because you can't call your daughter is not a very good way for her to see you if she watches the show. Fraser you need to be tougher on Cat. You need to stop playing favorites and she needs to toughen up because she's not pulling her weight and everybody else is doing it for her. Frasier you're not hearing them.

I wonder why Barbara introduced herself to the crew as "barbie." That is her nickname. Who introduces themselves by their nickname and not their actual real name? 😅 A few of them even had her repeat that because they just couldn't believe that was her name. She should have taken that opportunity to clarify that "barbie" is her nickname.
