So it's not that simple plus the person who leaves is considered abandoning the property which helps the other person in court. This isn't a rental property with some lease. And they wanted you to just stop working there, move on, and not receive the thousands and thousands of dollars rightfully owed you by them, would you just let go and move on? Ariana has more then just a few thousand dollars in that home. Sandoval has also lied to her for a very very long time. Period. Just lied to her about so many things, including what money she has paid since the refinance and what it goes to. To protect herself, and her asset, the home, the equity in it, the furniture, plus to make sure all of the money she has put in it is FULLY accounted for, she needs a forensic account to go over all of it. To make sure that any information he's giving is factual and truthful. He is a known liar, and I wouldn't trust anything he has to say about that home.

Appraisers are going to compare other sales of houses in same condition in same area, get a Price per sqft and calculate house Price.

The bullying on this episode of Jo was on another level and absolutely gross and disgusting to watch. The worst, horrendous, & inexcusable "Bullying" on this show which from day 1 they mastered the "mean girl" was the last reunion!!! It was disgusting they stoned that girl into the grave & not ONE of what 6/8 ADULTS did one thing to stop it !! Bravo sat back & counted the money coming in and lost all sense of human decency!! Listen even if they were together for 10 years it was in no way a healthy relationship!! I've been married for 20 years we don't cheat on each other because we both want to be in this relationship & are willing to do the work necessary to keep it healthy! When you stop having intimacy in a relationship especially not married & having no children your relationship is over ! It's as if they didn't want to deal with the things that tied them together it was easier to stay together! But that's besides the point 99 percent of that cast has cheated in fact their own relationship started with cheating! If you don't want to be intimate with your partner for years why are you expecting them to not want to enjoy intimacy & put their needs & wants above yours ? If they had been in a healthy loving relationship & he did that then I could understand I guess this scandal that unfolded minus the public stoning we all witnessed at that reunion because nothing justified what took place at that reunion! Not even murderers are victims of such inhumane scrutiny!! All because of cheating on a show that's main story line from day 1 has been founded on cheating !! Everyone makes mistakes & to ripped apart so viciously she's the victim in all of this not Ariana who didn't want to be with him at that time in the first place & whom was speer leader in atrocious behavior at that reunion & now she's still bullying her remaining cast mates. We can thank the world for that monster that was created. She had every right to be angry etc. but how she retaliated at that reunion is .. well inhumane & just pure disgust! Katie has been from day 1 just a miserable mean girl !! She refuses to grow & mature !! I feel for Brock's two kids here in Australia, watching their dad be involved & devoted to Summer when he didnt make them a priority in the past. Once you're a parent it's not about you so no excuses for mistakes or whatever. It's always the children that have to live with the consequences. The kids miss out & he's showing his happy family life throwing it in their faces publicly. I'm glad they have a caring stepdad but that's not good enough. We cant compete with America in terms of jobs in the entertainment industry but this country is full of opportunities to live a successful life. No justification for leaving your kids on the other side of the world.

No matter the magnitude of discretions, you hold those accountable for their actions. How do you know she didn’t tell her friend she was fu@king up, making bad decisions or what THEY should do. Who are you or anyone to tell, judge or tell others or even know what happens outside of your view. Self Mastery is not letting others control your emotions by their actions, reactions or lack there of and have the ability to be able to not hold crap over others head because your annoyed. You in a sense allow others to control your emotions, reactions, etc and showing weakness in being your best self.
