Camille lacks humility.

It was evident Camille does not have the experience nor the work ethic to be on luxury charter yachts. Her style and ability of work is wearing sunnies and drinking a coke as she said herself. Captain Sandi shows how great of a leader she is by instructing the person causing the problem, i.e. the weakest link in the chain of her team. Camille will have a short rope and I will not be surprised when she is fired. It’s a ship up or ship out moment for her.

I've only watched a few of these clips on this channel, not the show, but it seems like it is only about workers complaining about having to work.

I can understand their views on Camille but at the same time the way they treat her is gross. No matter how old you are bullying is disgusting. Sandy will always scold and call out the person that has the most issues without finding out why they’re acting the way they do. Camilles annoying in the sense she just won’t friggen work but she didn’t deserve to be treated the way she was. And the fact Sandy allowed that treatment of her to continue is just shameful

I don't know in my opinion she (Alyssa) saw how Camille manipulated Capitan Sandy saying that Alyssa wanted to know where she was every minute of the day, and saw that it worked. So I think Alyssa is doing the same thing by crying in front of Capitan Sandy. All be it Camille needs to definitely show up and work and keep quiet, however Alyssa is trying to single Handley get her fired. I don't just my thought.

It is interesting how most people are only ragging on Camille. Alyssa has attitudes, split personality, and is lazy as well. She has attitude and blames her father because he was so strict, but then tries to play victim. She and Hayley were supposed to be cleaning cabins, and they chatted without working for a good 25 mins. Alyssa also did tell Canille to stock the fridge, which she did, but that first time Alyssa showed poor professionalism when she berated Canille because it wasn't filled to the brim like she does it. Camille has her faults, just like they all do. Fraser goes behind her back and behaves like mean girls with Hayley and Alyssa, rather than going to Camille and telling her. He is not a good leader right now, especially when last season he bitched about his stew doing exactly what he's currently doing. Hayley has lazy moments too, so it's not only Camille. Also, some people do need structure in jobs. It sounds like Camille has better experience in deck...watch when she first did undock and dock...Ross did not have to explain to her what line was what like he did with dedicated deck crew. I come from a background of organized chaos and chaos with my entertainment design career, but when I worked out of field jobs, I needed structure and a schedule because it is a completely different work environment. I am not saying Camille doesn't need to work harder and less attitude, but I am saying there are other factors and crew that need to improve as well. I hope Camille and others work it out and do great work. I speak from experience. In my line of work, lives and are literally in our hands. I had one Cree member not work at all and only when our bosses came by she pretended to work. I spoke with her about it and got no where, we had department meetings and that didn't work, I went to our bosses and they said we've be told by others and they didn't show proof of their allegations. I recorded one day when our bosses were off set and showed the them when they got back. The next day, the lazy co worker dropped a 300lb cirque platform and I was yanked down with my hands still holding my end. I broke my neck, back, rt shoulder and my spinal cord was being torn. it all stemmed from me following every protocol and lack of leadership. I have lost everything and fought so hard just to walk again. With my experience, I'm never going to single out one without seeing first if others have their own issues to work out. Each interior Cree can improve as well and if it doesn't, then at least they did all they could.

Fraser and Ross need to have a meeting with Camille and give her a warning about expectations and consequences. Camille needs to find another line of work where she can be her own boss and work solo. This industry is based on a hierarchy and she's at the bottom and will never move up through the ranks because she's lazy and has a terrible attitude.
