About The Real Housewives of Orange County:

In a turn of events, Emily reconnects with Tamra, as the two develop a close friendship after working through their tumultuous past. Brought into the group through Tamra, new Housewife and yoga studio owner Jennifer Pedranti is a mother of five with children ranging from 5 to 18. A strong advocate for fostering children and animals, she recently adopted her youngest child Dominic. She is currently navigating her recent split from her husband, Will, who runs her family business, as they share a home. Her friendship with Tamra is put to the test, as she is forced to explain cheating rumors and confront difficult truths. Taylor Armstrong moved to Orange County nearly ten years ago and is brought into the circle after becoming fast friends with Tamra. As Taylor pursues an acting career and is offered her first movie role, she seeks coaching and advice from Heather.

Well, they had no choice, but, to sell it. I love how fake reality tv is. The Dubrows are very intelligent. They made an amazing deal with the true owner of the property. The deal they made was to pretend it was their property to enhance their brand of being rich. At the same time, the true owner gets free marketing through the reality tv show to get the best ROI from the property sale. It was a flip deal. Once the house sells, the Dubrows get a percentage of the final sale and they made a killing as it sold for $55 million. They had no choice, but, to sell it. But, they can now afford their dream house in Beverly Hills and can afford to be outright owners of that property, without selling it 😉

Education while doing her own acting stuff, so rightly so she deserves to enjoy the loads of money that terry does bring to the table; also let it be known she brings some money to the table too. just like New Jersey wife, Jennifer aydin, she held it down when her husband was on med school, when she was pregnant with their second kid, living at her family house in michigan. they deserve to enjoy the money the guy works hard for, when they worked hard at raising kids and all that, mostly alone.

They're lucky someone in China saw that house and had to have it and had the money. Securing costs alone on that house was killing on that's the reason why they sold it after they completed it. I find it incredibly tacky to brag about how much your home sold for at a time when most people are losing their health insurance and jobs. Pretty sure they had to downsize and that's why they sold. A lot of women are not getting their boobs done when they're worried they might not have a job next..😢

They sold it for 55 Mil...that doesn't mean they spent that amount to buy & decorate it. That's how real estate is suppossed to work. And wise ppl will sell because they can make a good chunk of money. That's how many ppl make their money...not so much on their income, but by making good investment choices.@@theodorefrazier9357

Heather’s entire RHOC storyline: “we bought land! We are building a house! I’m designing the house! Party at my house! We are buying a new house! We are selling our house! This is our house! Look at my house!!” The woman has nothing better to do with life or money other than to boast about her $ and talk about her house(s) that she didn’t earn since SHE DOESN’T have a real job. Trying to act at her age is desperation calling.
