most real robot music makes you feel sad and touched, immersed in the tragic plots. super robot music on the other hand makes your blood burn, feel like you can take on the whole world by yourself. and man, does the Getter Armageddon music sound good. this one and heat are both my favorite

Yup. But funny enough, both feel like man could be better through evoking different responses via the tone of their music. Super's feel like sometimes you should push past the harshness and forge your own path regardless of the depressing shit. Real's on the other hand feel as if the world is shit, but in order to make it through, you must be wary, realistic, but still goal oriented. Real feel like their is a certain purity to it where as Supers feel as if there is a nobility to it.

Armaggeddon had a very "real robot" vibe, you see mass produced getters. And it explores interesting themes, what if we actually had super robots, would't they be too powerful and dangerous for humanity to handle?

I theorize that it's supposed to be Stone Sunshine, but Hideo Ishikawa mispronounced it. However, due to him screaming STONEEEEEEEEEEEEEER SUUUUUUUUUUNSHIIIIIIIINE being far too epic and badass, they just said "Fuck dinosaurs! Stoner Sunshine it is!".

+TheTorridestCheese How could you be bored during the Getter G vs Shin Getter fight? Its one of the best mecha fights I've ever seen, at the very least the very best in anything Getter animated.

GetterRay It might have been because it was one of the first Getter Robo related material I experienced, but everything after the timeskip (and director change, really) bored me as I wasn't invested into any of the characters outside of the original Getter team. I've went back and read the entire Getter Robo manga and loved it though. So I'd have to rewatch Armaggedon at some point. I did enjoy the fight for the most part, though.
