250g Wheat Flour, without yeast;
250g Cornmeal;
250g Refined sugar;
1 Tablespoon full of baking powder;
1 Tablespoon of fennel seed;
2 Eggs;
100g margarine;
½ cup (tea) whole milk (to make the point) (place gradually).
Complement:
1 egg yolk for brushing.
Conversions in cups:
250g wheat flour = 2 cups (tea) (= 400 ml)
250g sugar = 1½ cups (tea) (= 300 ml)
250g Cornmeal = 2 cups (tea) (400 ml) - 4 tablespoons not overfilled.
Measure:
Teacup = 200 ml
1 cup of wheat flour = 125g
1 cup of sugar = 170g
Measure:
Tea cup = 200 ml
Preheated oven: 180ºC for about 35 to 40 minutes.
