The whole Tournament they should have scored at least 4 goals every match, I never saw a world cup winner dominate as much as this 94 side did, not in terms of the scores just the game itself. Like Spain in 2010 controles possesion but more to defend against the opposition, they did crente a few good chances per game and converter but nothing extraodrinary. Same with Germany i 14 and Argenti a this past WC. France in 18 and Italy in 06 certainly did not dominate and Brazil in 02 was just super talented they didn't need to dominaye matches. This team was talented as hell but also created by far the most chances I've ever seen, must have been great to be a fan of then but at the same time maddening coz they only won by 1 goal difference when they were way superior to all their opponents

I think the 2002 team was better, with a young Donovan, Friedel, Cobi Jones, and ofc Claudio Reyna he was so good in the 2002 World Cup. But right now with Gio Reyna, Weston McKinnie, Sergiño Dest, Tim Weah, Yunus Musah, Jesus Ferreira, and ofc Christian Pulisic I think this team has the best potential to be the best American team ever

Absolutely. This is the kind of stuff that is never ok on any pitch. The unique thing about soccer is that the player has almost no protective equipment. Therefore any blow to the head is unacceptable. Especially when delivered due to annoyance with with fair contact.

What? Brazil were pretty convincing in every match this world cup, other than the Netherlands no team even outplayed then for more than 10 minutes... just coz the game was 1-0 it doesn't mean it was close, just means that as you can see in the video Brazil did waste a lot of chances

@@Luckymag-if4dw Brazil with a 1-1 draw against a pesky Swedish team in the group stage. They finished them off in the semifinal rematch, but in the group stage that game was considered something of a letdown for a very stacked Brazil squad favored to bring home the trophy.

Literally in the modern era since 1950 every single team that has won the world cup drew or lost at least one game, the only exceptions are Brazil twice in 1970 and 2002... so drawing once against the team that would finish third in the torunament doens't make then any less impessive, especially since they also dominated that game as well and were already through nefore the match. My point is as a team and in terms of creating chances and not letting your opponents threaten you this was the most solid champion team in the last 30 years for me. France 98, Brazil 02 and Spain 10 close behind but this Brazil team played the best football out of all these squads

well, you are wrong, coz thise Brazil team led the cup in posession, passes, shots and literally created like 10 chances per match. The stereotypes and myhts about this are quite absurd, mostly because the brazilians thenselves didn't enjoy their style which looked a lo like the Spain of later years, while the traditional brazilian style you do have more possession but more like 55-60 instead of 65-75%, they sacrificed a bit of speed and verticality to gain control, which made then nearly impossible to beat but as it wasn't the traditional brazilian style also made then a bit umpopular at home and so this stereotype got spread across the world over the years. But they played absolutely beautiful football, much better for example than the 98 France and 02 Brazil who were probably mote high profile

@@Luckymag-if4dw Not sure what I said that was wrong. Italy and Germany both played bad and had terrible coaches. They both had amazing teams on paper and should have done so much better. The fact that Italy almost won it with these horrible performances speaks for itself. They didn't have one good game. Probably the game against Bulgaria was their only decent game. Brazil had an easy group and played against the US and Sweden on their way to the final. Both are far away from being top teams. It was a very lousy World Cup in general.

@@luperamos7307 You weren't wrong about Italy and Germna, but to say this brazil team wasn't much when personally they easily played the best football of any team in the 90s (Cruyff himself loved the 94 Brazil) is indeed absurd. Their group wasn't easy, Sweden literally finished third in the WC and Cameron were coming off a brillinat 90 world cup as well. It was a weird world cup yes, but you can't say nothing about Brazil and being fair the top teams are the ones who make it far, not on name recognition, Uruguay, England and France for example were pretty terrible in the early 90s you can't call then top teams because of their names
