@@UpParkCamp the thing is that previously brazil did not have too much competition, it´s not just that brazil has been weaker in recent years is that other teams are actually strong enough to compete now. teams like croatia, france, spain, england, portugal etc have much stronger squads than back then. when brazil last won world cup the only strong teams were brazil, germany and france all other teams were weak argentina were super weak between maradona and messi era, they were absolute disaster from 1995 to 2014. today just look at south american world cup qualifier, teams like ecuador beat uruguay, venezuela draw with brazil and colombia beat brazil, brazil is currently 6th place in qualifiers which shows south american football is getting more and more competitive which is very exciting for the future. colombia and ecuador have a lot of young talents, it´s not just argentina and brazil anymore, while both argentina and brazil still have a lot of young super talents coming up so does other south americans teams don´t be surprised if there is a new world cup winning country from south america soon, i could also see countries like croatia winning world cup soon as well
