Brazil is in a transition phase, taking many players from non-top clubs isn't a bad thing, you are going too much on "vibe"/"aura" talk , these players will be great in 2-3 years , for English players or French players it's easy cause they are directly in top european leagues developed by Man. city, Man.utd , arsenal, PSG, Lyon, etc while Brazilian first need to play in brazil and prove themselves.
