I just discovered your channel and just subscribed. Your husband's cooking skills is amazing, that Liempo sounds so crispy and was cooked perfectly!

You're making me feel very hungry, guys. Now I'm missing the crispy pata or "liempo". Next time I'll prepare the crispy "liempo" the way you did it. But I'll have a dip made with vinegar, salt, black pepper, onions and chili, instead of "Mang Tomas" sauce. Of course, it won't be complete without the newly-cooked rice. Ang sarappppppp !!!!!
