In this video we will see how to make bread halwa recipe in tamil. This bread halwa is served during marriage festivals and is a popular sweet recipe. In this version of bread halwa we are going to make the halwa without frying the bread. This reduces the amount of oil in the halwa and improves the taste and texture of the halwa. Bread halwa is the easiest of halwas to prepare and can be made in no time. It is a very tasty evening snack and can also be served during the meals.

Ingredients for No fry Bread halwa recipe:
2 cup Milk
8 slice Bread
2 tbsp Ghee
2 tbsp Cashews
2 tbsp Raisins
2 tbsp Oil
3/4 cup Sugar
1 cup Water
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
2-3 tbsp Ghee

Actually i hv seen many videos that they deep fried the bread and put it into tha pan to make this halwa, with so much of oil consumed.🤦🏽‍♂️ But your video is best.✅💯 No oil, looks delicious than other halwa's.😃 This is why i love ur channel. Always perfect.😊

I tried today for Christmas. Really awesome and really quickly i was able to do. Previously i did toasting bread way which was time consuming. Oil adding technique really worked while frying bread
