Such as a nice video sir, I may have two question: 1. How long does the bun stay if we keep in room temperature? 2. Yeast that you use it's "Active dry yeast " or "Instant dry yeast "?

Bread is best in Room temperature basically best 2 -3 days but u can reheat back … & is instant yeast

1. The buns can probably last for just a couple of days since they’ll become stale 2. The yeast they used is probably instant dry yeast
