Ingredients:
305 ml of water
5g dry yeast
470g of wheat flour
9g of salt
Mix, put in the fridge for 1 hour
Pull out and form a ball
Place in the refrigerator for 12-20 hours
Form
Leave in a warm place for 2-3.5 hours (time may vary depending on the room temperature)

Bonjour et merci pour cette belle recette. Veuillez m'excuser de vous déranger mais si je n'ai pas de pierres, comment puis-je faire ? Juste un récipient, bien chauffé au four, puis ajouter de l'eau chaude ou froide, pour faire cette belle vapeur d'eau qui va aider à dorer, s'il vous plaît ? Lumineuse journée.

Bonjour et merci pour votre commentaire ! Vous pouvez utiliser simplement un récipient vide, bien chauffé au four. Versez de l'eau chaude dans le récipient chauffé pour créer la vapeur. Veillez à toujours utiliser de l'eau chaude, car l'eau froide risquerait de refroidir trop le four. Merci encore et bon pain !

Szia Magyarországról nézem....már régebben próbáltam húzogatós módszerrel készíteni kenyeret, nagyon jó lett😊 Működik vegyes liszttel is, ugye?

Szia! Igen, mindenképpen lehetséges akár 30%-ig helyettesíteni a sima lisztet teljes kiőrlésű liszttel. A hivatkozott recept esetében ez azt jelenti, hogy 330g sima lisztet és 140g teljes kiőrlésű lisztet használhatsz. Csak ne felejtsd el hozzáadni körülbelül 10ml több vizet, hogy kompenzáld a teljes kiőrlésű liszt nagyobb nedvességfelvevő képességét. Boldog sütést!
