POTATO YEAST GUIDE from Maria:
I've never tried this, but I wanted to share it with you in case you fancied giving it a go:
Boil your potato as you would for Mashed Potatoes
Save the Water
Mix 1.5 cups of the potato water with 1tbsp of sugar and 1 cup of flour and leave overnight in a warm place.
