In this video we will see how to make bread sweet recipe in tamil. This bread sweet is stuffed with sweetened channa dal. The fried stuffed bread is then soaked in a sugar syrup to sweeten it. The added cardamom flavors the sweet and the texture of the channa dal stuffing contrasts with the crispy texture of fried bread.

Ingredients:
For the Sweet stuffing:
1/2 cup Channa dal
1.25 cup Water
1/2 cup Sugar
pinch of Salt
1-2 tsp Ghee
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
For Sugar syrup:
1/2 cup Sugar
1/3 cup Water
pinch of cardamom powder
10 slice of Bread
Oil for frying
