The bread yeast meads are BACK. For years, y'all have told me to give bread yeast a chance in homemade mead. Yeast is just yeast! Right? In this 5-way test, we saw how different bread yeasts stack up against each other: Fleischmann's rapid rise, Red Star, Red Star Platinum, Baker's Corner, and One in a Mill.
