Here's a key, I predetermine that the certain situations that upset me, when that happens next time, that's the person that I will be praying for that day. Example in a town where we lived they put a truck stop there. And the truckers would always pull out in front of you to where you had to come to a screeching halt to stop. And it would steal my peace and make me mad. One day I decided the next trucker that pulls out in front of me I'm going to intercede for them so I did, and it worked. I had peace. And you know after that the devil didn't let any more truckers pull out in front of me.

Miranda, what you are saying is true yet not any different from what he's teaching. All he's done is identify what being carnally minded is (elaborated on it) and he's right, quite a number of believers then and now are carnally minded contrary to what the Lord expects of us. Just as you've said, he's simply telling us to get into the word, pray and fellowship so that we build up our spirit man, which is true. What he is giving is instruction i.e. merely applying the word. He's not telling you to be fixated on the problem he's infact encouraging us to feed the spirit man, that is, be led of God and through Him as you've said you'll be transformed (word, prayer and fellowship). Quite honestly many have given their life to Christ yet live willful lives (fail to be led of the Spirit) That is why he's making it clear, that all you have to do, is heed the instructions of the Lord even when your flesh wants to do contrary. And yes, you have to make the decision because it is still a choice only now it's possible because of tbe grace (power) of the Lord that is at work in you, to heed His instructions rather than follow your flesh. Everyday we are met with circumstances that will force you to make a decision to either heed the word of the Lord or follow your flesh that's why James exhorts us to "work out your salvation with fear and trembling" He (God) instructs, but we have a role to play that only we can "obedience" now that is our work to do, He cannot do that for us. Again that is why we are told in Hebrews 4 to enter into that rest which still remains for the people of God. The whole chapter is sets it's foundation on the disobedience of the Israelites. Therefore, you'll pray worship and indeed He'll transform you but that tranformation was borne out of you obeying and choosing to surrender, submit to His Lordship. The focus is on Jesus and what He's instructing us through His word

When i said "we dont need a teaching on it" I was not referring to him to stop making videos or stop teaching. I simply meant we should already know this and walking it out because we should already be in right relationship with the Lord. Right relationship prompts you to do His will automatically. Men and women are different, men are sexually aroused by sight for women it's touch. So you have to ask yourself what have I let in through my eye gate that is tempting Me Lord? It may be p*** it may be something you seen earlier in life that's making this hold on you. Because when God gave you your wife he put your eyes for her, you said I do....and you did. So, First of all you've done a good thing because you're seeking HIS word. Second of all you've done a good thing because you've confessed it. Third of all that shows a right heart because you're wanting to do the right thing. So right here Jesus is patting you on the back and hugging you. So now look in your heart and ask God to show you those places where those strongholds got in. Repent from them, ask for forgiveness and ask him to fill those places with such Purity and love that you're drawn closer and closer in deeper and deeper into Him.

He says those that seek me will find me. You're trying to clean up the outside that's good, but work on the inside. Begin to say this over and over every day to get it in your spirit, I am the RIGHTEOUSNESS of God in the Fullness of His GLORY on this Earth. Say it every time you want to smoke, say it while you're smoking, say it when you get up in the morning, say it when you go to bed at night, and say it when somebody makes you mad. And write it down several places that you will see it and it will remind you. You are an overcomer and will become an overcomer. When you pray this is what God sees, you need to remind yourself everyday several times a day I'm the righteousness of God in the fullness of HIS glory on this Earth. Say that several times a day write it down somewhere where you will see it. Write it in your house so you see it. Write it at your work and say it outloud. Repeate it over and over you will start to become what you say. This will help you rise up and strengthen your spirit man and help you overcome. Love you
