Lilly Singh is a Canadian comedian, actress, former talk show host, and KZfaqr. I was just talking to my good friend about how success is so much more to me than just getting things, but it is how my achievements make me feel, and how they help others. It is so easy to get down on ourselves, but each day we can make such a difference in the smallest ways, which build upwards and outwards into huge things. I am in England and this is the first time I have heard of her (where have I been..). What a nice person. Someone that has grown and been through a lot. When Lilly was speaking about distractions, I immediately saw myself walking on a path to my goals, and people and issues distracting me from the sides of the road, and just kept walking to my goal by ignoring the noise. So that was helpful.

How you come out of survival?? Observe what you are doing and where you learnt it from ? Can't blame parents, they learnt all those things to survive Love yourself 8:51-9:20 19:19-20:10 Most important point 21:20-22:38 Don't label yourself and others like ET suggests 28:49-29:28 Appreciate when you have a good meditation. Value laughter, a nap, or being mindful. 30:23-31:12 Everyday is going to be different, but it's a relief that you have framework that works for you. Meditation and 2 best friends 1:02:00

I’ve figured out what I’m passionate about, but don’t know how to deliver a message that asks people to think differently. Over a decade ago when my children were small, I quickly realized how detrimental Facebook was to my family life and how much it pulled me away from the true moments of joy in my life, got off it then and have never looked back. It was a huge time suck that provided no value to me, so I cut it out. The people I want to have genuine relationships with, know where to find me and they know it's not on social media.

What advice would you give to actual addicts who are very spiritually gifted but get cravings for addictive drugs?!?! I have seen the most amazing aura (I translate vibration visually) on a special person with a ton of potential.... but they have occasional cravings! And I think that Addicts are lucky to have knowledge of their life purpose as in outer. Everyone’s first (inner) is to awaken and get the point that you will continue to awaken- there’s no such thing as awakened!! We continue to evolve spiritually even after death! Any advice welcome or books or where can I find out Dr Joseph Murphy for Neville Goddards opinion and I have heard them say that will power doesn’t work so there must be more said by them!!!
