If I had to choose favorites I’d probably have to say Edgerrin Cooper was probably my favorite Packers player that we drafted. If we can get Quay Walker and Edgerrin Cooper working, there are no easy yards. I feel like we’ve just given up too many 5-6 yard runs or short passes that should’ve been 3-4 yards. Now we have the linebackers I think to get there faster and make that stop. Regardless I’m really impressed with all of our draft picks. I’ve watched the film on all of them and I think we got a lot of great draft picks this year for 2024-25. I can’t wait to see how they’ll do for us this year. Go Pack Go 💚💚💛💛

I don't think I've been this excited about a draft pick ever. I feel like Cooper was out best draft selection in my 25 plus years of being a fan. Brett Favre made me fall In love with football. My favorite packer of all time. I've never been to Lambeau but that's on my bucket list. I would say Favre. Then A rod then woodson. Ahman Green was my guy. I like javon walker back in the day. Henry Pearson is 100% the replacement to Deguara. Not Tyler Davis not Sims, or Kraft or anyone else. When Deguara went down in week 11 we didn’t fill his roll with any of those guys. We immediately activate Henry Pearson and he immediately took snaps at FB/H. In 2020 with Deguaras ACL we also had a lot of TE’s and we didn’t use any of them, we brought in John Lovett. Then he had an ACL and again we didn’t use any of our TEs we immediately brought in Dominique Dafney. It is not an interchangeable position to the Packers. That’s why Pearson was on the roster. He is a lock for that position, unless they brought in this massive TE specifically for this roll to compete with Pearson, who is a definite for the 53 currently.

I know it is a tryout but Alex McNulty is the best kicker the Packers have tried out in a long time . Academic All-District and Academic All-MAC in 2023 . Unlike Anders Alex has made big kicks through his NCAA career . Anders never made one of those type kicks in school . Alex has won big games with his foot. 53 yard kick vs Wisconsin , 53 against Kent state. Buffalos ALL TIME leading kicker in team history in all categories something Anders never came close to. Missed 2 extra points as a redshirt freshman and only one after that through his entire career as starting kicker and I believe the one he missed in 2022 was blocked. This guy would offer the Packers a kicker who unlike Anders is not a project and who has that clutch gene that Anders simply does not have . I get that Rich is trying to accomplish something never done in NFL kicker history by making a kicker out of a bean pole blank slate . Anders never kicked a kick with meaning or distance in college and should never have been drafted while Alex made everything including clutch kicks with distance time and time again at Buffalo and in weather too. Anders never did what Alex has done through a career . Alex belonged in the draft but so many good kickers went this season it hurt his chances of getting called during a draft . Alex is a star kicker. Let us hope Rich V is put in his place and the Packers go over his head on this one. Anders will never be a great kicker. He is not that type of guy he is and this experiment of Rich V trying to build a kicker from the ground up in the NFL is wrongheaded and stupid . Kickers are NOT Quarterbacks and Rich is INSANE on this account. Developing a kicker just because you like the family is NUTS . Anders is a shitty kicker. He has always been a shitty kicker who never made a big kick in his life before the Packers drafted him . Alex McNulty is a kicker who has lived up to the needs of the position . He made long meaningful kicks in college. Anders never did. Even in Anders first NFL season he never lived up to the needs of the position of course which is why we are trying out Alex in the first place. If finding the best kicker for the Packers is the actual goal then Alex should win a job on tryout. If this was about making the Packers the best they can be at the position Alex wins his spot in competition and through camp will beat out Anders easily . However with the INSANE view on how Rich V is working in Anders despite no reason whatsoever to be a Anders fan says they won't give Alex a job. If they give Alex a job it will cost Anders his job and the Packers probably know this already . So I assume Rich V will bang the table to NOT allow the Packers to sign Alex here just so he does not have to accept that he is WRONG about it all. Rich V has been a MISTAKE and has NOT made special teams in Green Bay better than it was and the Packers promoting him to this level so fast has done nothing but hurt the Packers . If this is truly about making the best players a team can field than Alex McNulty is the Packers starting kicker day one . If we are living in Rich V dream world mind state Anders really will not be challenged by anyone this camp despite the visuals that the team puts out. Joseph will be the camp leg with 0 actual chance of unseating Anders and Alex will find work in the UFL this spring . Lets hope the Packers brass goes over Rich V and signs Alex here because Alex gives the Packers a star Kicker while Anders will never give the Packers anything but a need to get a kicker.
