Love love camping! Kahit mahirap mag load and unload then set up ng gamit, we enjoy the company of friends and kanya kanyang luto. Halos dala ang buong kusina 😂 when we first started camping, we enjoyed putting up our ground tent then to having rooftop tent and a mini camper trailer. Ahhh can’t wait for warmer months!

Chef jp my dad used to cook for easter sunrise church service which up to now still hits the spot for me. Runny omelette with Stewed tomatoes (pan fried tomatoes until they get soft and start to juice) with lots of garlic and seasoned with patis. And canned sardinas in tomato sauce(Ligo brand) chopped onions with black pepper and calamansi. Don’t overcook the onion to give a little bite. He breaks up the sardines into chunks. Goes well with hot pandesal and coffee. I usually also combine the omelette and the sardines in the pandesal.
