😋🤤😋🤤. Next time you make the biscuits, brown on both sides, place on warmer rack and dome👍👍. May have to squirt some water under to steam to make rise. Bacon, I very seldom do on griddle. I do in cast iron, cause I strain the grease into a mason jar, I don’t care for the “other stuff”. Love your videos!!!🥰🥰🥰

As a fellow North Carolinian I'm pretty sure state law says bacon must be crispy! 😂 And you gotta try Bass sausage should be available in your area. Never tried cooking biscuits on the blackstone that's a game changer man!

@ 6:47 Nice flip! Could you put the biscuits on a cooling rack and dome them? Thought you had done that in the past. Turn the end burner up as well?

You can do that with biscuits too. Could put on the top then to a rack then cover. Could even do a cookie sheet pan and invert it and go that route.

Fat to flour is 1:1, so 1 TBS of grease to 1 TBS of flour for a roux. The milk, will be around 1 cup of liquid to that.

I did. Cooked them right in the top. 🤣 I’ve made them before from scratch. Pre made is fine.
