At my 73 years of age, learning a lot watching your videos, Sir. Now I am even more organized in the kitchen and making different meals. Since I live in the Island of Puerto Rico, not able to visit the wonderful restauran in your side of the world. Thank you for showing us all your knowledge as a great Chef, God bless you and all your dinner guests.

@@MrT2022you could have lots of sayings on lots of things, “How many eggs?”, “What can I get you?” “Eat in or Take out?” The list is endless, ohhhh just think kitchens up and down the country could be home to an apron, oven glove or tea towel just begging for the answer to, “When your ready, how many eggs?”

There is something about watching Tibor do the breakfast service that is calming and soothing... I also watch it so that I can conjure up our home breakfast each morning. And oh my... he is Sooooo organized... no wasted motion... his videos should be used for training students... in all walks of careers... in particular... management skills and practices in my opinion.

That looks like a paint chipper he's using as a spatula. It seems more efficient then a real spatula. This is what professionalism is all about IMO. I don't care if you flip burgers, shine shoes or wash cars. Do it at a high level and you will have the respect of all those around you. Love this content.

Idk where you from but those are definitely spatulas. I'm from Houston, TX and there's a plethora of Mexicans here. They usually use those type of spatulas when cooking on wide surfaces. (I have some also in the kitchen)

Hello Mr T. I'm currently a chef with 35 years in the business. Nothing fancy. I just make good food. I have actually done your exact job for a living. Absolutely loved it I set my line exactly the same way as you do. Everything perfectly organized, having its own place based on where it needs to be used. I would hire you in an instant I can already tell. I respect your professionalism immensely. Hehehe, well, that's what I'm going to have for lunch for a while now because I need to lose some weight (not with beans though). Jacket potato, tuna mayo, some jalapenos and some pico de gallo. It's filling, and nutritious, also, it's easy not to overeat as it is not overly tasty 👌😀👍

I'm from Los Angeles, although I've been and lived many places on different parts of the planet, including England, and I love eating new things and appreciating how and what people eat. .... Tuna on potatoes is too wild to me and it was automatic wit how one has to click the ellipses to see the rest of your comment to get the grand reveal that it's a diet that works precisely because it isn't tasty lol. T, we’ve figured the beans for breakfast thing out. In the USA Navy they have a “Navy Bean” available for breakfast. It’s a white bean and delicious. Go Navy and Thanks again for Breakfast.

You should get some grease proof bags for folk that eat out and only want a sausage or a hash brown, seems such a waste putting one sausage in a big tray, that can’t be cheap to sustain!
